The successful candidate will be joining a team committed to providing excellent education for all students. Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that meet the curriculum standards and promote student achievement. Support the development of students' literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills. Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear learning goals. Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere through consistent routines and clear expectations. Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress and development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at Key Stage 2. Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to promoting inclusion and ensuring the academic and personal development of every student. Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
