This position is based in Aberdeen City Centre and would be a Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract of 9-12 Months. Location: Portlethen Salary: Flexible depending on experience Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant Position: To assist the Finance Manager in providing strong accounts administrative support in the areas of: General Ledger Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Cashbook Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner in line with Quality procedures and LEAN principles. What our Client are looking for in an Accounts Assistant: Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Level Working Knowledge: Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs. Processes limited amounts of detailed information with good accuracy. Learns from mistakes and applies lessons learned. Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change. Level Working Knowledge: Adjusts to new or changing assignments, processes, and people. Identifies and considers alternative approaches to situations or problems.
