Sales Manager - Automotive - What you'll be doing each day: Creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship Preparing and managing customer quotations for new business Coordinating of all change requests Conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPIs Liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests Promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities Participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process Managing and negotiating customer claims and company's requests towards the customer Overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations Ensuring legal framework for projects are set Monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan Sales Manager - Automotive - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: Degree level in Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with an internationally active supplier or similar.
