This school caters for young people ages 11 to 18. You will need to have a range of management techniques and be comfortable teaching whole classes of pupils. Experience working in a school setting and experience with SEND pupils is favourable. Experience within the a sector with transferrable skills may also be considered, for example Sports Coaching.
