Job Title: Clinical Site Lead Location: Parkside House School, Backworth Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, (dependent on experience) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required About the role We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at our Parkside House School, Backworth. The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team. Working collaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will also be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team. You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training and consultation. They are seeking a dynamic individual to undertake validation activities relating to gel electrophoresis product development in a timely and efficient manner as directed by the New Product Development Manager and with reference to the appropriate procedures / guidelines. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Testing of gel electrophoresis products according to pre-assigned testing and validation protocols, identifying and investigating any detrimental trends via good attention to detail and root cause analysis. Documentation of all test work according to GMP/GLP standards. Creation of new and update of existing validation protocols in line with updates to international regulations. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation relating to regulatory submissions. Routine maintenance of laboratory instrumentation. To develop, maintain and apply in-depth theoretical electrophoresis knowledge to support routine and novel research and development opportunities.
