Requirements: Advanced degree (BSc, Master's or PhD) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field. Proven experience in the development of new methods for in vitro diagnostics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to innovate and think creatively. Proficiency in designing experiments and interpreting data. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the IVD industry is a plus.
