Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to provide housing-related support to young people aged 16-30.
Average of two shifts per week, primarily weekends with some late shifts (2pm - 10pm)
You will work within a skilled team to assist young people in navigating housing, education, and employment options, while respecting their autonomy and right to make their own decisions.
This is a Learning disabilities role in a low security unit so previous experience working with patients who have Learning Difficulties is necessary for a successful application.
