As a SEND Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition as well as other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Working closely with an experienced SENCO and teaching staff, you will provide personalised support and guidance to students, helping them to access the curriculum, develop essential skills and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with ASC, both in and out of the classroom.
As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum, tailoring activities to meet the individual needs of your pupils.
