The successful Space Planner will be operating among a small team focusing on some retail and leisure projects.
The successful individual will ideally have retail / leisure experience with an understanding of the space planning exercise for feasibility schemes and working with building regulations, database and the development of internal construction and joinery details.

As Planning Coordinator, you will be working a 36 hours a week, within a temporary contract for 1 year.

Reporting to the Head of Land & Planning you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of planning application submissions to achieve timely, implementable and commercially sound planning permissions and any ancillary consents required under planning legislation to support effective site starts.
