Job Vacancy: Multilingual Customer Service Professional
Our client is a dynamic and fashion-forward brand, known for our innovative designs and commitment to exceptional customer service are expanding their global presence, seeking a passionate and multilingual Customer Service Professional to join their team.
The Role: As a Customer Service Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and delivering a superior service experience.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
Cleaners are responsible for delivering an effective cleaning service where work is completed to the required standard, and on time resulting in a clean, well-maintained environment for Norwich School pupils, staff and visitors.
We are looking to recruit in the following positions
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm with an unpaid hour for lunch, over 42 weeks, and the salary is £16,628pa, in line with the National Living Wage.
