IT Project Manager - Legal IT Project Manager with good IT project management, business analysis experience and a track record of the delivery of new Legal software application projects is required by a leading law firm in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a significant software upgrade program across almost their entire software suite. As a Software Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their software applications and processes work efficiently, provide a better ROI and improve the productivity of every user in the firm. Experience required: Proven experience in delivering medium to high-complexity IT software projects across Applications, Cloud Services, and Infrastructure domains for legal software Been a Project Manager or Application Manager in the past, for either a law firm or another professional services company Track record of managing third-party IT providers to achieve positive project outcomes. Business analysis experience, including gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders. Strong aptitude for learning new software applications quickly and effectively. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with legal applications, such as Aderant, iManage, or other similar platforms, would be a bonus. Experience working within a law firm or legal industry is advantageous. The role: Manage the delivery of medium to high-complexity IT projects across Applications, Cloud Services, and Infrastructure domains, covering all stages of the lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements, translating them into software functionality to meet their needs. Work closely with third-party IT providers to ensure successful project outcomes. Learn and understand new software applications through training provided by the firm or independent learning and research. Drive the implementation and adoption of software solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows. Provide regular project updates, including status reports, timelines, and resource allocation.
