Qualified lawyer Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) with at least five years' post qualification experience.
You must be a qualified lawyer with experience of undertaking specialist legal work within a Local Authority or the public sector on all legal matters in relation to contracts and procurement.
The candidate will have experience relating to complex multi-million pound procurements and contract activities including but not limited to: public health, strategic regeneration and construction projects, subsidy control advice, light touch (schedule 3 of PCRs), IT and adults, children, and education matters.
