3rd Line Support Engineer needed to join our team on a permanent basis. The opportunity: This is hybrid roleand will also require a willingness to travel to various other locations as needed. What you'll be doing: This position will provide project leadership and involve the following tasks/deliverables: This position will provide technical escalation and project leadership across a range of business solutions and technical initiatives. Troubleshooting hardware and software problems as well as monitoring and maintaining core infrastructure. As a 3rd line engineer working within a support team, you will provide mentoring to more junior staff and be responsible for resolving and assisting in resolving issues What we want from you: Experience as a 3rd line support engineer or similar role Knowledge in Windows 10/11 and Apple Mac installation and configuration, rebuild and repair. Experience with MDM solutions such as Intune, JumpCloud, Mosyle Experience with Security Products such as CheckPoint, Sophos, Countercept, Microsoft Defender Experience with Azure, AWS and GCP cloud environments Experience and understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting, Experience with administration and troubleshooting of Office 365 user issues Experience with VOIP solutions such as 3cx, understand the SIP/RTSP flow and apply it to troubleshooting Experience with DevOps solutions such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, Mecurial, GitLab, GitHub, Bamboo.
