Duties will include:- Ongoing reviews of Agent bank providers, this will include due diligence procedures such as due diligence questionnaires, contract reviews, and arranging periodical service review meetings.

Location: Office-based in Canary Wharf, Central London during the first year.
Ensure meeting minutes actions are recorded and completed in a timely fashion and are maintained on the board platform.
Arrange agendas, collate papers, attend and minute committee meetings, and liaise with Chairs of committees to achieve a high-performance governance process.
