Their services are provided across the disciplines of strategic management, economic and social development and landscape design. They specialise in the areas of regeneration, strategic service review and business planning as well as providing a comprehensive range of services in respect of landscape architecture, project development and project delivery. The company has an extensive portfolio of existing clients and current projects across the UK. Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will play a key role in a small team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the individual will work closely the two Directors, and across the small, dedicated team. The executive assistant will have a central role within the team, supporting the day-to-day running and administration of very busy diaries and a range of activities which the Directors are involved with - including the charity they founded and lead. A key aspect of the role includes taking responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks, planning agendas, undertaking research to support informed, financial administration, preparing briefings for upcoming meetings, personal administration, and logistics planning including travel bookings. The individual will have responsibility for maintaining and developing electronic filing systems on behalf of the Directors, leading on projects from time to time and high calibre, proactive administrative support to enable the smooth-running day-to-day activities. Experience & Qualifications: Skilled in the Microsoft office suite (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ideally also experienced in Adobe Create Suite and Hootsuite (though training can be given). Experience of diary management and arranging meetings / preparing papers. High level of competence in office management and all aspects of administration, including effective in report compilation, report presentation and technical research skills. Support meeting delivery and create accurate records from fast paced discussions. A strong communicator, able to communicate messages clearly to a range of audiences at all levels - both verbally and in writing. Very strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and work independently. Experience of managing conflicting priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment to achieve successful outcomes. Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to work confidently with senior colleagues. Ability to take responsibility for projects and work autonomously, taking responsibility for own workload. Willing to adapt and work flexibly responding proactively to the demands of a small and busy team with a diverse workload. Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all aspects of their work. International travel & reservations
