About the role
They are seeking educators to work with a wide range of needs, from children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to more Sensory Behavioural Difficulties linked to Autism.
This Behaviour Mentor role is based in a supportive and proactive Primary School school in Brent.
Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring your team are working productively and safely.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 20:00, 30 hours per week, on temporary, full-time basis.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis.
