Rochdale currently have an Advanced Practitioner vacancy which will be critical in service development. Rochdale is currently at the very start of an exciting transition into the family safeguarding model. To support us in this transition we need to establish multi-disciplinary teams where specialist practitioners are co-located with Social Workers under a unified management structure. This enables a multi-disciplinary whole family response through direct assessment. This is a really exciting time for Rochdale and we need Advanced Practitioners to support us in implementing this model.
