To ensure that Housing Management complies with all Data Protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To act as Housing Management's Subject Matter Expert on Data Protection, GDPR, the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
To promote and deliver a high standard of customer care for all residents, ensuring strong communication links exist between the resident, the client, the call centre and the operational team enabling the works to be managed effectively and proactively addressing any issues as they arise.
Specific Responsibilities
