Outstanding opportunity to join a highly recognised and well regarded business as People Partner - with responsibility for their central region, and working closely with two other People Partners who take the lead in other regions.
As People Partner you will build and leverage brilliant working relationships with the senior leadership team across all the sites you are partnering with - translating the business wide people strategy into each setting, and supporting the leadership with anything people related.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and passionate about people policy and culture, with a positive approach to working on initiatives.
Supported by, and supporting a team of dedicated People Partners who will translate your vision and expertise on the ground.
Reporting to the Assistant Director People, you will be working with a brilliant team to deliver people policy and culture - focus on EDI, Values, Philosophies etc.
