General
The Service Manager is responsible for delivering Service User centred care; through the efficient management of staff delivering services and to ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (weekend work required)
Maintain a manageable caseload and be required to complete assessments for the Children in Need team, including those in need of protection, children looked after, those subject to public care proceedings and, where directed by the Court, children subject to private law proceedings.
Have a working knowledge of all statutory duties and responsibilities relating to children and families, including: Legislation, Regulations and Standards, Government Objectives and Initiatives, National and Common Assessment Framework.
