The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to children in care, as well as working closely with foster carers, residential staff, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.

Manage a case load of children in care, conducting assessments, and developing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and carers.

They are a specialist school for children and young people between the ages of 4 - 19 with physical disabilities, complex medical needs and associated learning difficulties.
