Bradford MDC, is looking for a Practice Supervisor to join their Childrens Leaving Care team.
Leeds City Council, require an experienced Social Worker who is able to manage a caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, Child Care Proceedings until permanence.
This caseload will have a level of complexity and lead worker responsibilities working alongside other social workers, it will not have supervisory / line manager responsibilities.
Our client, Leeds City Council, is looking for an Advanced Practitioner, to join their Child and Family team.
To undertake homeless assessment casework and associated functions to enable the Council to meet its statutory responsibilities
To work as part of a duty team to ensure that all homeless people and potentially homeless people have had their circumstances fully assessed.
To explain to service users the process of making a homeless application, the reasons why detailed enquiries will be undertaken and possible outcomes and implications of such an assessment.
