Lab Shutdown & Maintenance Planner - Salary up to £30,000 Trevett Services are representing a multi-national Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Lab Shutdown & Maintenance Planner to work on their Static site on the outskirts of Salisbury. Company benefits: Clear succession plans and personal development Internal corporate benefits Family friendly benefits Leadership development programmes Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner: Operate the internal CMS to ensure all maintenance activities are scheduled in the necessary timeframes, liaising with departments to ensure access Provide administration to support the servicing of all equipment on site Manage the issuing and closing of job cards, recording comments and labour times Monitor and report any outstanding maintenance works, highlighting any issues to the Maintenance Manager Experience required for the Lab Shutdown Planner: Experience within planning or scheduling is essential, ideally in a maintenance or engineering environment Highly proficient in Microsoft word & Microsoft excel with good overall IT skills The ability to liaise with stakeholders across sites and departments Highly organised and able to prioritise work efficiently Due to the location and nature of this site, it is essential you have a full driving license and the right to work in the UK. Working hours are 40 hours a week on site, Mon - Fri. Salary is up to £30,000 for this exciting opportunity to join a well established provider.
