Children's Support Worker Due to an increase in demand for Support Workers in Children's Residential Settings, Hays are now looking for more Support Workers to join the team. With the industry growing and more settings opening, support workers are now required more than ever to provide care, companionship and guidance to children aged 5-17. The organisations that you would support with provide tailored, personal centred care to children with learning disabilities and autism or those who have been victim to sexual trauma. This may be with other support workers or on a 1-1 basis, taking them out for activities or hobbies, helping them with any education they may be completing or other life skills like cooking and exercise! Support workers provide invaluable assistance to those in care and so if you have 6 months worth of experience in social care, I'd love to hear from you!
