This full-time permanent role involves working with young people aged 15 to 25 who are preparing to leave care, supporting their transition into adulthood.
We are aiming to speak with skilled & experienced Support Workers for children and young people, ready & able to assist with a varied load case, all with varied complexities.
Our Workers will be expected to provide knowledge, experience, assistance & support to maintain a safe & stable family environment, with the well-being of our Young People at heart.
