To provide statutory assessments and interventions to young people aged 16-18 who would be considered as Southwark Judgements.
The caseload will be managed within the relevant framework of supervision dependent on the complexity of the case and post qualification experience of the post holder.
Experienced social workers who have an interest in or experience of working with disabled children and young people are encouraged to apply for the opportunity to work in this developing service area in a supportive and friendly team.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a proven ability in multi-agency working and a passion for enabling children and young people with disabilities to achieve their potential.
