Build and maintain strong relationships with families and support networks, employing a relationship-based approach to social work practice. Stay informed about current research, legislation, and best practices in safeguarding and family support, continuously improving your own professional knowledge and skills. Requirements: Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding and family support, managing complex cases. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and support the development of less experienced practitioners.
