In this challenging, but rewarding role, you will be required to act as allocated social worker responsible for delivering a statutory social work service to those people who access or need specialist mental health services, to include assessment, planning, implementing and review.
As a key member of the Changing Futures Programme, you will work closely with a network of professionals from a variety of statutory and voluntary sector organisations developing positive, strong, partnerships.
Contract Length: Fixed term contract ending 31st March 2025
