Provide support and guidance to young people aged 14 and above as they prepare to leave care and transition to independence.
Search Consultancy are working with a large provider of care supporting needs to source a number of experienced carers in a residential home.
The emphasis of this job will be supporting adults with ABI in their daily activities and caring for them.
You will be actively interacting with the service users and taking part in different activities such as going on walks or taking part in arts and crafts.
