Seven Social Care are looking for a Rough Sleeper Outreach Worker to work with Coventry City Council.
Working in and out of city centre locations the team work closely with partner services to support rough sleepers to move on to both interim and settled accommodation.
We are providing a dual service; engaging those we find rough sleeping along with supporting those newly accommodated, removing barriers and increasing opportunities in persistent and creative ways.
Our Bank Family Assessment Workers hours consist of: 7:30am - 3:00pm, 2:30pm - 10:00, we also have a team of Permanent Waking Night Family Assessment Workers who work 9:30pm - 7:30am.
Due to be a 24-hour operation, we have the flexibility for our Bank Family Assessment Workers to work more flexible, to either work similar shifts as our Permanent staff, or options to work shorter hours - Shorter shifts will be subject to business needs.
