Here at Stonewater, we are looking for a Children, Young People & Families Development Worker to deliver person-centred, age appropriate, strengths-based support to children and young people who are affected by domestic violence and abuse and living in Stonewater domestic abuse refuge accommodation.
20 hours per week
You will manage a caseload of children and young people through their journey with Stonewater's domestic abuse service, ensuring a strengths-based approach that enables them to realise their potential.

The purpose of this position is to deliver person-centred, age appropriate, strengths-based support, and offer therapeutic play activities, to children and young people who are affected by domestic abuse and living in Central Bedfordshire.
This is a full-time, permanent position paying £31,612 per annum.
This is a hybrid role, leaning more towards home-based work (approximately 3 days at home and 2 days in the office or on outreach).
They are delivering a contract in partnership with the NHS Talking Therapies programme, helping individuals with mental health support needs to return to work.

Hours/working pattern: Saturday only, 7.5 hours, rolling rota working across Dunstable and Ashridge (2 at Dunstable, 1 at Ashridge)
