Main Duties
Working as a Children's Residential Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.
You must be driven to ensure that the children and young people have the experience of childhood that they deserve, one filled with fun, laughter, friendship and discovery.
General
Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a Children's Residential Support Worker to work full-time based in a Children's home in High Wycombe.
The clients customers are predominantly single homeless aged between 18 60 years and may have support needs including mental health, physical health, substance misuse, offending.
Mix of Early, Late, 9-5, with every other working weekend.
