This local organisation is seeking a driver to carry out collections of deceased animals on a daily basis. The driver will be the face of the organisation and must ensure high levels of professionalism are adhered to at all times. You need to be dignified, compassionate with a caring way and comply to all procedures. The successful candidate must hold a full clean UK driving licence and be able to work Monday to Saturday from 08.45am until 17.30pm with a set day off in the week. This is a permanent position Key tasks To carry out collections of deceased animals from veterinary surgeries and clients homes Check details are correct and record all personal belongings are logged correctly on database Entering data onto spreadsheets Present high levels of professionalism and customer care to all clients Ensure that your vehicle has all the necessary equipment on board so that you can carry out collections and returns meeting their standards and procedures Ensure that your vehicle has sufficient fuel for the next day at the end of each day Regular vehicle clean inside and out to ensure that they are always represented in the best possible way Key Skills: Excellent client care skills Computer literate Understands and adheres to confidentiality Displays excellent client focus Geographical knowledge Excellent Interpersonal skills Ability to display empathy for clients If you do not hear from a consultant within 1 week of your application, then unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful
We are looking for a HGV 2 Refuse driver who has a minimum of 2 years experience driving HGV 2 vehicles. You will ideally have no more than 3 penalty points.
