Pay Rate: £11.89 per hour, with the potential to earn more through our in-house skills development programme Overtime available: In week x 1.3, Saturday x 1.5 & Sunday x2 We have several different driver requirements, and are looking for dedicated and experienced individuals who have any of the following licences; A1 / A4 Pedestrian and Rider Pallet Stacking Trucks B1 Counterbalance Forklift Truck E1 MLOP (Medium Lift Order Picker) F1 VNA Operator Up (Very Narrow Aisle Truck) P Pivot Steer (Flexi) Truck A2 LLOP (Low Lift Order Picker) D1 Reach Truck E2 HLOP (High Lift Order Picker) H1 Tow Tractors & Trailers Shifts patterns: Days & Afternoons (Fortnight rotation) Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 2.45pm, Friday 6am - 12am Afternoon shift: Monday to Wednesday 2.45pm - 1.30am, Thursday 2.45pm - 11.30pm (plus premium) Three Shifts (Weekly rotation) Mornings - Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm (plus shift premium Afternoons - Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (plus shift premium) Nights - Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am (plus shift premium) The primary activities for this role are: You will be responsible for operating manual handling equipment (MHE), transporting parts from Goods Inwards to our Packing Area Ensuring accurate inventory levels through interfacing with our warehouse management systems, via scanning or PC based transactions The role will also include some light manual handling and the need to get on and off the FLT to conduct these activities The secondary activities for this role when all driving tasks are completed are: Packing of engine parts into suitable packaging that will be shipped to our global facilities Ability to read and follow standard operations and visual aids Keen eye for detail to ensure parts are always picked and packed correctly Manual lifting may be required, all handling equipment will be provided if needed Continual adherence to PPE and H&S requirements Ability to work in a team or individually at times General warehouse duties Full training will be provided Basic PC skills & ability to use handheld scanner as trained Additional benefits include, annual performance bonus for above expected performance, on-site canteen and caf, on site vending machines, rest areas, excellent Health and Safety training, free onsite car parks, all PPE provided, 25 days holiday Public Bank holidays, access to internal vacancies.
