As Sales Executive, you will report into the Sales Office Manager working in a team of 3 others, dealing with customer enquiries and orders in an effective and proficient manner.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm with a salary of £22,308 per annum (£11.44 per hour) plus annual bonus, 31 days annual leave including bank holiday, pension and life assurance as well as free parking onsite!

An accomplished Lettings Negotiator with knowledge of the Swindon lettings market is required by an independent residential estate agency in Wiltshire
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be expected to carry out all the pertinent Lettings duties including canvassing for new business, valuations, property viewings, negotiations and client management.
The company's ideal candidate will be an experienced and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional negotiation skills.
