My client, a privately owned developer who is growing extensively in 2024 is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a new scheme of 69 units in Boston, Lincolnshire.
This would be an ideal role for a SM looking to move away from a PLC or an experienced, No2 who has looked after their own phases to take on a new challenge, working for a privately run developer.
The scheme will consist of 69 units, all traditional new build units, all of which are partnerships.
You will join us as a Site Manager to pro-actively manage & take responsibility for the whole site operation.
You will be responsible for the highest safety and environmental standards, ensure the site operates to maximise a cost effective and efficient output whilst continuously improving safety, health, environmental, operational standards and systems, and managing control of change procedures.
General
You will have people management, development and training responsibility for the whole site, including recruitment and staff appraisals.
Excellent opportunity for a contracts manager or site manager with good contracts understanding to join a public sector organisation that offers a varied and technically interesting role where you will receive brilliant benefits like every other Friday off and excellent pension scheme.
The main function of this role would be to undertake a multi project planning, delivery and coordination role where multi-contract procurement and project management skills are used to deliver specialist land drainage projects, cost effectively and in a risk management environment.
£44'000-£54'000 Public sector role Hybrid working Every other Friday off Brilliant Pension Car allowance and expenses Excellent holiday package
