It also includes fully supporting the Estate Manager wherever necessary.
The role is primarily one of taking responsibility for the delivery of all services and actions on the Development and providing excellent levels of customer service to the residents and Client.
The SOW Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of programme delivery, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team management, and reporting on delivery progress, financials, and risks.
The SOW Programme Manager will support the expansion of an AI Delivery Programme and the design of a SOW Management Solution.
This role will require regular visibility at sites to ensure strong stakeholder relationships are built to successfully manage the programme and identify business development opportunities.
