Elevation HR are excited to be partnered with a global manufacturing and distribution company who are recruiting for a HR UK People and Culture Administrator on a full time, permanent basis based in Rotherham. This is a brand new role which truly reflects the organic growth and success of this fast evolving business and will operate as part of the support and delivery for the HR team whilst reporting into the People and Culture Manager. This is a generalist role dealing with the transactional side of HR, as a HR Administrator your role will include: Managing the full employee life cycle including on boarding and off boarding experience for all employees; Role Offers, obtaining right to work documentation, acknowledging resignation letters Liaising with the Finance Department of new starters and leavers End to end recruitment practice including preparing and placing adverts, job descriptions, and interview scripts Coaching and supporting line managers in interviews through to offer stage, providing a proactive service to hiring managers To support in the development of HR related processes and procedures providing advice and support to all stakeholders Completion of monthly People & Culture reports Maintain a good working knowledge of current employment law and case law Benefits include: 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays Free Onsite Car Parking Westfield Health Benefits Life Assurance Long Service Award / Additional Days Annual Leave This role would also suit a HR graduate or someone who has 6 - 12 months experience within a HR setting, preferably who is CIPD qualified.
