Your new company is a specialist ground works and civil engineering contractor that operates as a main contractor across Sussex & Surrey to refurbish, upgrade and re-instate elements of public highways, water utility assets, local authorities, and private customers.
They also deliver civil engineering services, plant, and labour as a subcontractor to large Tier One Contractors in line with the project schemes and the Frameworks in place.
Their schemes vary in size from remedial works of local assets valuing circa £250k up to large infrastructure projects with packages of £1million.
The project has progressed well through preconstruction and now the initial earthworks and services needs an engineer for setting out and QA of a number of civils and structural external packages including piling , ground works , structural steel frame and ongoing though to externals and facade works
You will initially be looking after the bulk earthworks and external works / pilling and structural contractors through to drainage and the steel frame buildings with services and associated internal and external packages
The role is with the project team on a new industrial and commercial scheme with steel frame offices and industrial / mixed use storage facility as part of a larger £ 200 million 6 year project in its first phase
As our Site Reliability Engineer, you'll work closely with our feature team and other colleagues to meet defined service level objectives and continually improve systems and environments.
You'll define error budgets that support finding the right balance between risk and reliability.
