About the role
Under the responsibility of the Project Cost Control & Finance Manager and within Project Control, you will be responsible for cost control of the Construction/Commissioning scope and will interface with the client on matters relating to finance.
Develop,implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems.
Prepare, examine or analyse accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
In your role as Assistant Accountant, you'll manage entries in the Fixed Asset Registers and other accounting records, conduct reconciliations, oversee control activities, offer accounting and administrative support to the team.
