A Maintenance Engineer, to support the Company's facilities operation across all sites, working as part of a team where your primary role will be PAT testing; maintaining portable electrical equipment across a varied portfolio in multiple locations.
The purpose of the role is to carry out in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment (PAT) whilst maintaining a safe working environment, produce results meeting the requirements of the current edition of the IET Code of Practice.
You will have a passion to take ownership of the portable electrical equipment-testing regime across all sites, ensuring full compliance with the relevant industry and internal technical standards at all times.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to work as part of a facilities engineering team to support electrical maintenance in all of our properties, undertaking both reactive and planned works.
You will have experience working in varied residential buildings, with a hands on approach to all electrical system maintenance, testing and installation.
You will need to evidence a strong knowledge of varied electrical equipment such as low voltage power, lighting systems, fire alarms and CCTV.

You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer working in a variety of large commercial and residential buildings, working as part of a small team within the Facilities and Services function.
You will support the continued growth of the operation by delivering on reactive and planned works.
