This is a hands-on Senior Consultant role and day-to-day you will work with senior client stakeholders, lead requirements workshops, take ownership for process mapping, write up stories, translate business problems into solutions, leverage out-of-the-box configuration capabilities as well as overseeing and taking part in the design and build of custom solutions. You will be involved in both the functional and technical aspects of the role. To be considered you will be a passionate and driven Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Consultant who has proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects. You may be working in a small-to-medium size Salesforce Partner and looking for a change or you may even be working in a larger consulting firm and want to move into a more dynamic and agile environment where you can broaden your responsibilities. To be considered you will need: Strong hands-on technical experience in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components Excellent Salesforce consulting skills with experience across the full project/delivery lifecycle Good exposure to a range of Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Communities (exposure to Non-Profit, Marketing Cloud and Pardot is a plus) A can-do, proactive attitude and happy to wear different hats on different projects Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills along with skills in advanced administration, building flows, permissions and profiles Good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL is desirable Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and third-party integration tools such as Jitterbit (or similar) would be beneficial Your experience will be backed up with Salesforce Certifications and you must also possess strong client-facing communication, relationship building and influencing skills. This consultancy has a flat organisational structure and open, collaborative culture that allows for excellent promotion prospects all the way up to Director level. At this stage of growth, they are looking for people to step up fast and career acceleration in their environment is achievable much faster than it will be in larger, more hierarchical consultancies. The successful candidate can expect a salary of £50k-£60k (dependent upon experience) plus benefits including an annual bonus (paid quarterly), private medical, mobile phone allowance, up to 5% matched pension and 25 days holiday. You can expect excellent ongoing training, as well as support to achieve further Salesforce Certifications. Please note, the mian office is based in London where you can expect to visit around once a week. The other office is based in Staines where you can expect to visit from time to time. As a MS SharePoint Solution Architect, you will have specific experience in knowledge management or BMS/QMS/IMS (business quality or information management systems required) The role You will initially manage the discover, define and design phase of the project over 3 months and will lead an 8-week sprint to understand needs and requirements. Leading a series of workshops to understand critical design elements such as: System roles Frameworks and BMS requirements Page types Content types Common metadata and metadata structures Workflows and approval workflows Connectivity Permission management and authorisation controls Accessible design to high standards. Key Skills and Responsibilities include Experience where the toolset is part of a broader change programme or as part of developing ISO accreditation.
