About The Role Dealing with customer queries and ensuring a high quality customer relationship is achieved. Your main aim will be to resolving incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies. You will carry out a range of guest services duties to a high standard ensuring a high quality service is delivered. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, earliest start 09:00, latest finish 20:00, 37.5 hours per week on a permanent, full time basis. You will also: Ensure the customer is always informed and up to date. Deliver a range of guest services. Take responsibility for the administration of customer queries and records. Liaise with other internal departments professionally and courteously, maintaining a strong and productive relationship. Meet targets in query resolution, call handling and quality. Assist and advise the public, staff and visitors with their shopping needs. Deal with queries and resolve problems. Efficiently operate and use systems. Sale of Gift cards and mobility scooters and any other services provided. Ensure a professional image is presented at all times. To succeed in this role you will need: Good customer service skills Experience in administration A pro-active approach to personal development and learning A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience Operational experience (preferred) Previous experience of working within Guest / Customer Service role What will you get in return? About The Role You will be working on a rotating shift pattern, 06:00 to 15:00, 37.5 hours a week on a permanent, full-time basis. Main Duties: Support and assist the Housekeeping Team Specialist cleaning of windows & matts across the scheme, may need to work out of hours due to demands of role and guests Provide adequate information to the Cleaning Team Leader you report to.
