This is a fully office based permanent position working Monday to Friday.
The Customer Service Role is expected to work as part of a cohesive centralised Customer Service and communications team and closely with internal functions such as Service Centre Managers, Field Sales Resources and Functional leaders on growth and retention strategies by providing complete and appropriate solutions for every existing customer and prospect to boost retention and top-line revenue growth and margin improvement.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service have an opportunity available for a HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £34,314 - £37,938 per annum.
Ensuring delivery of all BRUSH Transformer services offered within the portfolio of products, in support of installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, upgrades and product refurbishment.
Through personal delivery, and through the Service team, deliver customer excellence to existing clients, potential customers, and internal BRUSH operational staff.
