You will oversee the support services team and be the point of escalation for all supplier and office related queries. The role will involve managing all IT processes and being the day to day contact for IT issues, along with managing the internal phone systems and company mobile phones. A crucial part of this position will be to undertake monthly auditing of all three ISO frameworks ready for annual audit, collating all evidence, updating trackers and registers. This role would suit someone with previous experience dealing with audits and yearly external assessment for ISO accreditations.
