One of our brillant clients based in Henley-on-Thames are looking to bring an Customer Coordinator into their team. This is a Monday to Friday position, 100% office based. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Relations team, in a role that offers excellent personal and career development opportunities for the right Main duties will include: Administration support which will include but not limited to providing prep for calls/meetings, updating training records using Excel, compiling proposal documents using Word and reviewing reports to be sent to clients. Contacting clients over the phone and via email to arrange calls for the Customer Relations Manager, gain feedback from training courses, book in services and assist with material orders. Taking relevant notes during team meetings and client calls. Working closely with other departments to assist with client needs.
