As the Support Services Officer your key responsibilities are
Process new vehicle orders and assist in keeping all vehicles compliant with legal and statutory requirements.
Administration of company vehicles, including accidents, repairs, fees, MOTs and services.

You will be responsible for ensuring there is accurate, consistent, timely and transparent reporting and accounting of service charges for all residents, across all tenures.
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) will take the lead in handling all contact on behalf of Surrey Highways including but not limited to enquiries, complaints and Freedom of Information requests and ensuring accurate record keeping.
