CPS is working with a leading IT technology consulting business in search of a Service Delivery Manager to join their rapidly expanding team based in Cardiff.
Situated within the Managed Services Department, which falls under the parent Professional Services Department, this role holds significant management impact, focusing on creating enthusiastic customers and driving them towards customer success.
Our established client is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager for an initial 6-month period and upon successful completion a permanent role would be available.
The role is to ensure the service delivery and service support processes deliver a 24/7, 365 availability of a customer booking service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
Duties
Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans and targets.
Ensuring quality and performance levels meet and exceed expectations on challenging service lines.
Work as key management figures with responsibility for the effective daily operations of their team including recruitment, onboarding, training and development activities.
Operate on the front line of service delivery within a busy 24/7 contact centre environment working with some of the countries well know charities as well as smaller key charity, government and 3rd sector organisations.
