Due to a full order book our client based near Stamford, currently has immediate long term roles for competent individuals with mechanical experience to join their team.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
25 hours per week -
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.

These are temporary, part-time roles with a variety of shifts that need to be covered.
Subsequently, passengers will need to take a longer walk (3-4 minutes) to change platforms and we are looking for extra staff to help inform, direct and assist passengers who may be unaware of the bridge closure.
The footbridge at Boston train station is being worked on and will be closed for the next 3-4 weeks.
Fixed Term Contract - ending on 31st December 2024.
Whilst we can't make any promises right now, there is often potential for us to take on some seasonal colleagues on a permanent basis after the initial festive contract
