Your Company: A leading HVAC manufacturing and sales business has partnered with the team at NET Recruit on their mission to find a Service Sales Engineer to join the team located in the Wales area. As a company that has built up a successful business model and consumer base, the business in question is continuing to branch out and develop its strategy moving forwards. It's main product and service line is HVAC and cold storage units, which it sells and also rents out to major businesses across the country, to fill long term or short-term issues with their solutions. As well as this the business also provide service and maintenance duties for customers as well, enabling it to consolidate a fully holistic and 360 degree service for its client base. This role will fit nicely into the team, supporting the service and Planned Preventative Maintenance side of the business, to ensure pipelines are full, new business opportunities are explored and supporting the regional managers in the execution of the sales business plan. It will be a vital role in ensuring the business can continuously deliver its high standard of service and build on its previous success with new and existing customers. As well as this, there will be a diverse service line to promote as a sales professional, with a variety of business opportunities to seize when speaking with potential clients, meaning that no sale will be the same and will make for a dynamic work load. Your Role and Responsibilities While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Overseeing the pipeline for Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts, identifying new opportunities and conducting periodical reviews Additionally garnering new opportunities to create sales on the other elements of the service line, including Service Contract Plans, Energy Upgrades and upselling other equipment Driving Aftersales care sales where possible, identifying opportunities for this when liaising with clients Meeting and achieving targets for the appointment region, supporting the wider team to meet theirs Developing key business relationships with new and existing customers Supporting the regional sales managers in offering support in matters regarding customer aged credit management Working with Senior Management to develop business plans for the region Handling contingency plan reviews for the rental equipment within new and existing customer sites Preparing support quotations and also monthly sales forecasts, ensuring sales systems are updated and accurate What you will need to Apply: This position will involve travel around the region as well as the occasional national travel and so the position holder will need to possess a full driver's license. To be considered for this position, the company is requiring candidates who have previously worked within a similar role, handling Commercial Sales and Service. Additionally, it would be very important to possess strong industry exposure, with experience obtained in the Commercial HVAC industry or something comparable, in order to fully comprehend the day-to-day business of the company. The business is also asking for professionals with training in Health and Safety principals, to support wider knowledge. What you will get in Return: For the successful candidate, the company is offering a generous starting salary of up to £60,000, dependent on previous experience, which will be supported by an bonus scheme, ranging from between 30% - 50%.
